Still early, and I can understand that plays aren't smooth, but it's crunch time. One can both learn and then polish all kinds of skill in three weeks.

I laugh at some of the things I hear Fisch say, and it has to lighten the moments now and then while simultaneously making his point.

They'll get it. Repetition enables reaction, which frees up thinking and concentration.

Baptism by fire can be one of the best learning experiences.

I remember watching TCU last year face off against what was then a heisman candidate. Gary Patterson pretty much threw a couple of young DB's to the wolves in what ended up being a pretty high scoring affair. We all know Gary Patterson is a defensive minded coach.. Fields some pretty solid units year in and year out that can contend with the big dog's when they need to.

Be interested in seeing if our staff does the same. I'd have to say yes.

Pretty sure all this Joe Pa stuff is what's taken the wind out of Golden's sales. When it turns out that your mentor and inspiration isn't what you thought he was.... everything you thought you learned from him might not have been all that you thought it was.... it's got to make him question himself a little bit.

Hope he pulls it together because the team takes on the personality of the coach.

Too early to tell what anything looks like. Please dont start in on Ryan Williams already just 3 days into camp..

I think Golden's stress comes from the fact that he has to put 40 pounds on all his linebackers before September.

The rumor I heard is he's upset beyond belief that all his lb's are under 245. Muscle milk has been ordered by the keg.
