Sorry I don't believe for a second that Golden would blow this by hiring someone with an attitude and one foot out the door. His career is on the line, not the way you make a start. Think about it.

Yeah Jimmy, you've been pretty adament since day one he was mentioned...I'm worried that even Rutgers fans in their best offensive seasons say he wasnt very creative and too predictible...Check this out bro, kind of sad if he ends up being the one...His 2007 season vs the best teams they played:

vs Cincy he scored 23
vs West Virginia he scored 3
vs Uconn he scored 19
vs Pitt he scored 20
vs USF he scored 30
vs Maryland he scored 24

Against good teams in one of his best years he averaged 19 points a game...Terrible...Who cares if he blew out buffalo, havy and norfolk state....

Kind of worried now...

I am hoping Steve Logan gets a call and takes the gig. After him, I really like Ron Prince. That said, I would be cool if McNulty is hired, but I want a QB coach!

But also that was when Rutgers was just getting going to they were still just getting out of the cupcake stage.

They were past that stage bro, in 06 they went 11-2....

The problem is even in the year they went 11-2, they only scored:

21 vs UNC
20 vs Pitt
24 vs UCONN
11 vs Cincy
22 vs usf
and it took 3 ot's to get them into the 30's vs WVU which was their highest scoring game against a d1 team...NOT GOOD

but but but....Whipple put up a bunch of points at UMASS and won a NC

McNulty will do fine here. He will commit to the run and play action off of it.

vette im with you i REALLY hope we can land prince i think hes the best cadidate right now but if its mcnulty il support him and hope he will be successful. Just hope that if he wont help us in recruiting he will at least not hurt us.
