Silver lining for the dark cloud that is the looming NCAA sanctions. I imagine it'll arrive in the mail first thing Monday morning.

I believe the NOA is basically a summary of what the NCAA found in it's investigation regarding the University of Miami. The university has 3 months before it decides it wants to go before the COI which hands out the punishment, which you can assure yourself that it's highly likely that the university will take this course of action.

What about the timing of this? Isn't this in our favor, to get it out now. Plenty of time between now and NSD so it fades from the headlines by then. They could have waited to really screw with us. Good for us, no?
