Interesting to see that Hurns played Byrd out of a starting spot at WR. Good to see Gaines starting again too. As he gets more acclimated to game speed I see good things out of this kid!

I think the TE position is still alphabetical order.

But I agree with you, Chase should not see much game action.

I guess Robinson is back to DE. The LB test has been put on hold for him is this permanently? I am glad we have a lot of time before OSU to work on our defense and to clean up some things on offense.

I would say I agree with the depth chart released today. All along, I thought Coach was saying in the media that the quarterbacks race was neck and neck just to push Harris. I never thought his job was in danger. Plus I had heard over the summer that Harris really worked hard to improve his game so we shall see. My only grip is that I would like to see the freshman players (Grimble, Finnie, Dorsett, Perryman, and Chick) get some more time seeing as though I feel they can contribute right away as they did in the Maryland game!

What I like about it is that the guys that screwed up the most got demoted. Golden sending a message. You're not consistent, you don't play disciplined then you won't see the field as much and we're going to find guys that can do what we ask them to do. He's putting his foot down. He was ticked after the game with all the penalties.

yep and that's why you see "or" in most of the positions because they're competing for the starter slot in practice. It's going to be this way for the whole season, so get used to it.
