Dinero Moss, 5-foot-11 and 183, plays corner for Piper High School in Sunrise Florida. He already has the size and speed (4.48 in the forty) for the next level. With four scholarship offers already, Moss will go to camps this summer looking to add more.
“I am trying to get better and go to a couple of camps. I want to go to the Miami camp, the University of South Florida camp, UCF camp and probably the Minnesota camp.”
Moss, a Miami fan, gave his thoughts on the head coach of the Miami Hurricanes, Al Golden.
“I like that Al Golden runs a good program. I think that everything he is doing is great, a big turnaround. He is going to go really far this season.”
He holds offers from FIU, Minnesota, Nebraska and New Mexico. His top five are Minnesota, Miami, West Virginia, Indiana and UCF.
“My top five are Minnesota, Miami, West Virginia, Indiana and UCF. I like watching them on TV. Those teams excite me and I have seen them play the game. I like their coaches. They all have a really nice football program that catches my attention. Every time I see the program lining up on Saturday, they really catch my eye and I want to be on one of those teams.”
Minnesota, Indiana and Ole Miss have been recruiting him the hardest as of late.
“The most, I would say Minnesota, Indiana and Ole Miss,” he said. “I like the coaches, I like the football teams. I can’t really say too much because I have only been around the coaches. I have been to their team websites.”
Moss “just wants to go to a college that would fulfill my dream. I see myself at a winning program.”
“Purdue, Syracuse and UCF,” are schools that are on the verge of offering him.
When it comes to the field, Moss can do a lot of things well.
"Things I do well, I think I can hit well, cover well. I have really good awareness. I would say that I have decent speed, but you can’t be too fast. I want to get a little faster. I want to work on my footwork and I want to get more physical.”
